If abstract art could talk it would probably say it is sick and tired of hearing viewers say, “I could do that”. The fact is, you didn’t do that, viewer. So it is, refer to earlier post, again part of the artistic process is the idea that creates the art. In my view, Kandinsky, Picasso, Rothko’s creations are more important than the idea behind them. That’s why they aren’t conceptual.
