In addition to providing creative direction and copywriting for existing client relationships (Chipotle, Chevron), I supported Sequence’s transition into the Salesforce ecosystem. Having helped position our agency for its acquisition by Salesforce in February 2017, my role expanded to include brand strategy and business development, defining and articulating our new narrative and unique value as part their Experience Design group. Through client pitch decks, conference presentations, and internal communications, I explored how the Salesforce product suite and our design capabilities could be leveraged to create more connected experiences for both customers and internal teams alike.
